How logistics and payment work

Dealer orders are quoted per shipment based on destination, order size and the incoterm you need (e.g. FOB, CIF or DDP) — our team confirms the details with you before you order.

Export shipping, quoted per orderWe handle export packing and documentation. Freight, insurance and customs arrangements to your country are quoted with your order, based on the incoterm you choose.
Factory pickup is availableIf you have your own freight forwarder, you're welcome to arrange factory pickup (EXW). Otherwise, tell us your delivery address and we will quote door-to-door or port-to-port shipping.
Payment: deposit + balance on shipmentDealer orders typically follow a deposit to confirm production, with the balance due before or on shipment — the exact split is confirmed with your quote. This is the payment for your individual dealer order, a different mechanism from the container pre-sale reservation deposit.
Minimum order quantity (MOQ)Standard models: generally a minimum of 5 units per model. Upgrading to a higher-power motor variant: generally a minimum of 50 units per model. Custom color: generally minimum 50 units per model.
Pricing is quote-based and depends on destination, incoterm and order volume — request a quote for your exact landed cost.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We export to dealers internationally — shipping method, incoterms and lead time depend on your destination and order size, and are confirmed when you request a quote.

What about warranty and support?
